3-month intensive. Each month includes three 2-hour sessions, between-session support, and practices tailored specifically to where you are in your process. Sessions are structured but responsive — we follow a thread, and we follow you. At the end of 3 months, we will take a look back at our time together and consider how to continue supporting your wellbeing journey.
